Here's a replay of the segment called The Faces Behind the Voices - CBS Sunday Morning that appeared on TV just recently. (My kids loved it because they could finally see who does the voice of Dora the Explorer!)

    This was edutaining and it was fun being able to confirm who I thought the celebrity voices were for some of the commercials. I thought the narrator for the beginning of Horton was Dick Van Dyke. Doh!

    In the book “VO: Tales And Techniques of a Voice-Over Actor” Harlan Hogan talks about why would advertisers pay unholy amounts of money to get a famous actor to do a commercial when many people won’t even know whose voice it is.
